Four Silvertone or Goldtone Rings: Bobbin Lace, Tatted Lace Christmas Ornaments

Gold is back!
I have the goldtone rings in stock but have not been able to photograph them yet. Just include a message with your order to let me know how many goldtone and how many silvertone, in any combination.
These are the rings everyone uses for those pretty ornaments including those found in Christine Springett's "Bobbin Lace for Beginners".
(I enlarged the Springett pattern just slightly to accommodate the size of the ring.)
There are lots of patterns around, though, so you can choose whatever you like. You could actually choose any edging pattern you have and just stitch it onto the ring, allowing for some ruffling which would be really pretty! Just about any small tatted or bobbin motif could be suspended inside so I'm sure you're going to have lots of possibilities!
Each ring is just a smidgen over 2 1/2" in diameter and very fine so it is easy to work sewings around it as you make the lace. (If you haven't done this before, all you do is place the ring on top of your pricking, place about 3 pins to hold it steady, and start lacing. Take a sewing around the ring at intervals and when your lace is done, the ring is already attached!)
(Just to be clear, the listing is for four rings for a total of .99. If you want, say, twelve rings you would buy 3 sets for .97.)
